Well home from the Y this evening and I'm beat!
I went to the Total Body Conditioning class taught by Chad Griffith this evening and it "Kicked" my but! I am getting better at the exercises but it's still tough. This week has seemed a little tougher anyway and with these extra classes i just feel like I haven't gained a thing.
I do know better but psychologically it's even tougher. I'm trying to keep my "eye on the prize" as it were and think only about my long term goal but, wow, it's taking a lot to stay motivated.
Tough workout in the am tomorrow so "Think Strong"!!!
