        <font size="4" face="Arial">Well I finally
got a laptop that I can work with to edit and update my web pages. I got everything
synced up today and reloaded everything I need to this new/ used computer.<br />
Hopefully I can get the church website up and running so i can update it every week
without a lot of fuss. Now I just need to convince a friend that this is an easier
way of taking care of the site.</font>

      <div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I'm really in extreme pain<br />
and anguish over the state of our nation<br />
Stated senator McCain<br /><br />
I know just what to do<br />
I'll tax your health care<br />
and take it away from you<br /><br />
I'll keep our troops in harms way<br />
and fight for big oil<br />
so in Iraq we will stay<br /><br />
I'll cut you taxes if you are rich<br />
and if you aren't<br />
leave you homeless in a ditch<br /><br />
I will give relief to the ceo's of the world<br />
because Reagan said trickle down<br />
was why our flag unfurled<br /><br />
but if you need someone to fight<br />
for you as you starve and struggle<br />
in poverty and suffer your poor plight<br /><br />
Then I'm the man who really cares<br />
because Obama hung out
<br />
with a washed up terrorist named Bill Aires<br /><br />
Even though Mr. Annenberg  hired the man<br />
to help out his foundation<br />
and carry out his bigger plan<br /><br />
I'll pick my VP<br />
so it speaks to those<br />
who support Hillary<br /><br />
I'll not think it through<br />
because I know that in the end<br />
I'm way smarter than you<br /><br />
She will say<br />
I have been cleared<br />
and I'm on my way<br /><br />
Even though the folks in her state<br />
have said she broke the law<br />
it's not up for debate<br /><br />
I'm happy to be cleared<br />
and our base is grateful<br />
that Fox news says "It was not as we feared"<br /><br />
So vote for us in the end<br />
and to you we will be<br />
a burden and not a friend!!<br /><br />

        <font face="Arial">Welcome to the Fraser
Abbey news link.<br />
I am setting up this blog mainly to test for church purposes and to try and get some
communication going for the Clan Fraser Society of North America. It's my birthday
today and my lovely wife has given me a meditation video and book to try and help
calm my mind. Maybe she thinks my anger with the present situation in this country
and the world will worsen over then next few months and is trying to head off a melt
down.
<br />
I truly don't think I will melt down but I do harbor a lot of anger at the way this
country has been handled over the last decade. The stealing of our electoral process
is the main concern I have. After watching 2 elections stolen and the results used
to send our children off to war by those who have never placed themselves in harms
way nor ever would be is absolutely atrocious. The resultant prosperity of those same
individuals from this illegal war has made this even worse. Place on top of that all
the suffering that has come about from the same war and yes I am a bit pissed.<br />
Now we have an economic collapse that will and is effecting every individual on the
face of this earth and try to tell me my anger is unwarranted
<br />
The monk of Fraser Abbey wishes to spread a message of peace throughout the world
and help others to end the suffering in their little corner. Check back often and
hopefully I will lessen in my anger and help some others to lessen theirs as we try
and cultivate an attitude of compassion.<br />
